We generally ship your item within 10 working days - most of the time your item is in stock (as we are a large baby business) and if there are any delays, we will email you and advise you the time frame required for delivery of your item. Our website does not usually state stock levels of our products. Remember, you can always see the status of your order under 'My Account' and then Order Status. If your order is somewhat urgent, we advise you call or email for confirmation of availability. Many furniture items are 'order only' so we welcome your prior enquiry to see how long a wait your stock will be, if at all.
We use Australia Post for the majority of our items despatched through our website. Smaller items and items that do not come in their own box will be REPACKAGED. Please do not hesitate if you see a box different than that of what you ordered. Many furniture items, which are bulky or heavy are sent through other couriers such as Capital, e-go and TNT. Any of these items will incur additional shipping charges. Please email us in advance with your suburb and postcode to get an accurate quote if you have any queries. An assisted lift is needed at delivery point to help the driver unload any items over 30kgs. Read product descriptions to confirm if this is the case. Heavy items over 30kg (eg Chests of Drawers) can only be shipped on a pallet to a select number of postcodes outside SE Qld. Please enquire beforehand via email to see if your postcode falls in this category. Any deliveries requiring a courier service (ie furniture) require a signature at time of delivery therefore arrangements must be made to have someone at delivery address at time of delivery, or a $55 redelivery fee may be incurred (as charged by the courier). Your place of work, relative or friends address MAY be an option for a delivery address if no one is at your home during the day. Any palletised items ordered require you to provide an assisted lift to unload at time of delivery. All rubbish (including the pallet) is required to be taken by the customer from the courier, and unload time must not exceed 10 minutes or additional charges will occur.
You can track any parcel sent via Australia Post through the eparcel website by entering your tracking number (provided via email once we ship your order) via www.ausposttracking.com.au. Furniture sent through e-go can be tracked at www.e-go.com.au with your consignment number (provided via email once we dispatch your item)
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can rectify this asap. We apologise should this occur but we aim to be 100%.
Postage costs are calculated on a per-item basis. To provide a unique tracking number for each item, we must send each item individually from our warehouse. This allows each item to be tracked from our warehouse to customer's front door, and therefore providing better security for delivery.
NB: This applies to bulky items eg prams etc.. however if you order smaller items as well, the shipping cost will be adjusted automatically as we can insert these items into the car seat box, for example.
We can ship your item via express post if you like - please email us at email@example.com for a quote but generally items under 5kg can be sent for appox $30 express post anywhere in Australia.
As all our stores match our online prices, you can print out the webpage relating to your product and pick the item up instore - no hassles. There is a small $5.00 handling fee to pickup online orders in store.
If you prefer to order online and have someone pick up the item for you, please email us beforehand at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can sort it out for you - nothing is too hard. We actually would like you to come into our store and view our large collection and stock holdings.
In keeping up with our customer needs, we have made it easier to track how your order is going, - please login to 'My Account' - then 'My Order' - then 'View' the order, you will be presented with an Order Status. The following explain the Order Tracking Definitions:
Order Status Tracking
|Pending||Your order has been received and is currently being processed (please allow up to 24 hours)|
|On Order||The payment has been processed|
|Underway||Your order is in the process of being picked or sourced from one of our stores. This usually takes anywhere between 48-72 hours. If your items are currently out of stock and need to be ordered, you will be notified via email within 72 hours.|
|Delayed Stock||Some of your ordered items have been delayed somewhere in the supplier chain - we will email you shortly about the delay.|
|Dispatched||Order has been dispatched in full to Courier / Australia Post. Your order has now been finalised.|
|Dispatched Partial||Partial Shipment of your order - you are still awaiting some items - we will be in touch re this and you will be advised as to which items we are waiting on.|
|Cancelled||Order has been cancelled. If this Status is displayed, you will have been notified by one of our Customer Service Representatives.|
