In line with our main aim - to keep prices low for all our customers - we DO MATCH OUR ONLINE PRICES. We do ask all customers to print out what they were looking at buying instore as our internet prices constantly change - and staff can only match prices valid for the day.
If you choose Store Pickup as your shipping option in an online order, you must wait for a phone call or email from the store of choice to let you know when your stock is ready for pickup. Sometimes, stock is transferred from a warehouse or specially ordered for you, and is not always immediately available. Also, the Online office does not operate weekends, therefore shopfront stores will not know of any pickup orders placed from Friday evening and over the weekend, until Monday morning.
NB: As of 9 March 2012 - Store Pickups paid online will attract a $5 handling fee - for any purchase over $50. This is a charge to cover our costs associated with this service - as we attempt to call you when your order is ready and the prompt attention to your order once received. To avoid this fee, you can simply visit any of our stores and place your order with the store direct and no handling fee will be charged.
Laybys: For orders over $1500 we can layby for up to 12 weeks maximum.
If your order is between $500 to $1500 - we can layby a maximum of 6 weeks.
If your order is between $200 and $500 we can layby a maximum of 4 weeks.
We do not layby items under $200. Laybys are only placed under the discretion of the Store Manager outside these terms.
A minimum 20% deposit is required at the time of placing a layby.
Layby is only available in store.
In the case of an online price discrepancy, PramWarehouse reserves the right to cancel the order and notify all customers affected by the error.
Products displayed on the website do not constitute an offer to sell. It is an invitation to treat only.
Orders placed by you are offers to purchase particular product under the terms and conditions in this agreement at the price specified (including delivery and other charges).
We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason (or no reason) including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order. In the event that we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.
You may seek a refund, credit or replacement if the product:
- Is or has become DOA (Dead on Arrival) within the 7 day receipt period;
- does not match our description on this website; or
- has defects that were not obvious or which we did not bring to your attention within the 7 day period - anything outside this will need to be addressed via a warranty claim.
- As we also are a baby shop, if you would like to exchange an online purchase, you may return it to any PramWarehouse Store (along with receipt) within 2 weeks of purchase- NOTE: The item MUST be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the item has been used or packaging has been damaged.
You are not entitled to a refund, credit or replacement if:
- You have changed your mind about the product;
- You have made an incorrect choice;
- You subsequently found you can purchase the same or similar product for a cheaper price elsewhere;
- A defect was drawn to your attention before you purchased the product, e.g. when products are clearly labelled as second-hand or faulty.
Cancellation of Online Orders
Provided your items have not been shipped, you may cancel an online order - however a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
Procedure for the Returning of Items
You can return the DOA or faulty item to us with the following steps :
- Send us an email with your order number and the reason of return to firstname.lastname@example.org
- A staff member will issue you a Faulty Return Form with a Return Authorised Number (RA). Please ensure you attach this Faulty Return Form in your return package. It will enable us to process your return promptly.
- Some items may require you to go to the post office to send it by using our Reply paid number.
- We will send a replacement unit or refund once we have received your return item and it has been assessed accordingly.
If the item is returned within the 7 day DOA period, we will cover the cost of return as well as the cost of replacing the item for you. Anything outside this period will need to be addressed via a Warranty Claim.
