As you are making your purchase from an online arm of a multi-store company, rest assured that any warranty issues will be dealt with promptly and by trained staff who actually know their products and understand any concerns you may have.
7 Day Dead On Arrival (DOA) Warranty
If an item you receive has a warranty issue (and is unused) within the 7 day period of receipt - we will cover the costs of getting the item back and/or reparing the item for you. We want our loyal customers to trust us with online purchases - we are a dedicated baby shop.
12 Months Manufacturers Warranty
Most items - unless otherwise indicated and display/clearance or Factory Seconds come with a manufacturers 12 month warranty. If the item has been used and is outside the 7 day (DOA) - Dead on Arrival timeframe, the customer is responsible for postage costs back to us - please email us at email@example.com with full warranty issue as well as any pictures to assist us with the warranty claim. If we can assist with the claim by sending replacement parts, we will endeavour to do so without requiring return of product - all will depend on the circumstances and issue at hand.
Return of Items Back to PramWarehouse
In all fairness, if you need to return the item back to us for warranty issues - we will provide you with a special return address (along with a RA number) so that all you pay is what you were charged for shipping....we would like to keep our customers happy and as a baby shop we will do our best to sort out any issues with your item asap and without hassle to you.
